  We use the items weight to calculate the delivery cost. To find out the costs of delivering an item please click the ’add to bag button’

• Where do you deliver?
  We are able to deliver to UK mainland including N.I, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man.
  We will NOT deliver to UK PO Box addresses
  International Orders - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy (mainland only), Finland, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Belgium.
  
  
• Will I have to sign for my delivery?
  Most orders will require a signature on delivery. This will be detailed as you checkout, if required. If you are not available to sign, the driver may ask a neighbour to sign for it. They won’t leave parcels if they can’t get a signature.
  

• Out of stock items
  You can still purchase any items marked *** out of stock, just remember to double check the product page for an estimated delivery date.

At mrShunk.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. Occasionally, we know you may want to return items. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval we will be happy to make a refund or exchange.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Please note however the goods need to be returned unworn and in their original condition - all returns will be inspected by mrShunk.com

To return any products to us:

1. Inform us via email using this form in the first instance.
2. Mark on the invoice (which came with the order) whether you would like a refund or exchange of goods.
3. Pack the items back in the parcel, with the original packaging (our address is on the invoice):

When returning items you we recommended you obtain proof of posting. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
