Checking Out

If you have encountered problems during checkout and are not sure if your order has been processed please follow the steps below.

1. Check your account using this link: My account - If there is an order under your account then you have successfully checkout out & your order will be processed shortly.
2. When checkout is complete an automatic email with your order details will be sent to you. (make sure that your email address is correct and that our email isnt in your service providers spam folder)
3. If there is no order under your account and you havent received an email or you have another query regarding your order please get in touch.

How do I shop at mrShunk.com ?

Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Select our products by clicking on the links on the top of every page, thumbnails will appear. Click on these thumbnails for further information including price. You will then have the option to buy that item using the "add to basket" button. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping basket. To check what is in your basket, you can at any time click on the "Shopping Basket" button at the top right of every page. Click on "Checkout" when you are ready to proceed with payment.

Please note all orders through this site are automatically processed, this includes items marked --out of stock-- - If you want to pre order get in touch and we can arrange to authorise your card then take payment when the goods arrive in stock.

Do I need to register for an account before purchasing?

Yes you do, however you can add items to your guest basket but you will need to register before you can proceed to checkout (the items in your guest basket will be merged after registration).

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes found in our monthly newsletter and in magazine advertisements can be redeemed during the checkout process.

For added security, we do not store your credit card details.

Where will you deliver to?

You can purchase using this web site for all deliveries to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.
Check out our Delivery and Returns page for more information. (Please create an account and add an item to you basket to view the International shipping costs).

Do you offer parcel tracking?

Yes all standard & next day deliveries come with full order tracking facilities. We will email your parcel tracking code at time of dispatch. You are also able to view your tracking code via your account, login to view. International parcel tracking is available on request only.

Check on your parcel using the Royal Mail Track & Trace web site.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products from all over the world. Many of our products are exclusive and can only be found on mrShunk.com . All items marked "exclusive" can not be found anywhere else in the UK.

How long will postage take?

We use the Royal Mail & DHL for all deliveries, items are sent by 1st class post and a signature is always required. Normaly orders recieved before 3pm will be shipped that day (stock permitting). UK Next Day delivery is also available on orders placed before 2.00 pm Monday to Friday. See Delivery and Returns for more information.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click the link on the login page and follow the prompts. You will automatically be sent your mrShunk.com account details to your chosen email address.
